The new ESDA22P150-1U3M and ESDA24P140-1U3M – available in 2.0 x 2.0 mm QFN package – provide 4500 W peak pulse power capability and low clamping voltage, as low as 34V (I PP = 150 A (8/20 µs)).
The ESD robustness goes well beyond the IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 specification.
