微波炉的关键部件是微波发生器(也叫磁控管),该部件基于高频谐振功率转换器,该功率转换器依次驱动变压器和倍压桥,产生驱动磁控管所需的高压(几千伏)。

ST提供一系列沟栅式场截止型IGBT和预驱动,再加上高性能STM32微控制器,非常适用于设计高效率的微波发生器。我们还提供可控硅和交流开关(用于驱动转盘和风扇的灯泡和电机),以及一套环境传感器、LED和LCD显示驱动器、以及触摸屏控制器和非触控用户界面所需的接近传感器。
