Our products and solutions

ST has extended its portfolio to offer more products defined by system-level requirements that address and enable more sophisticated and accurate tractor guidance and positioning solutions. By combining ease of use and more advanced guidance and positioning features, crop farmers are ensured maximum yield with minimum machine variation and human error. 

ST provides all of the ICs needed to design every electronics subsystem in a tractor, whether it’s a simple tractor or the most advanced ones. This portfolio depth goes beyond the chips, ST also provides support tools and an ecosystem to carry a design from inception to taking it into production. As an example, we have a vast amount of hardware evaluation tools and software tools; we even offer testing guidelines. 

ST´s portfolio provides a wide range of ICs to integrate sub system solutions to a final custom or semicustom product. These ICs include a vast family of STM32 microcontrollers to drive displays and control various subsystems, high-power MOSFETs and gate drivers for the most power-intensive sub systems such as actuators and electronic chargers, and low-power wireless communication (LoRa and Sigfox), BLE, GNSS and wired communication devices.
