STM32F427/437系列集成Cortex-M7内核性能(具有浮点单元),工作频率为180 MHz,同时可达到与STM32F405/415/407/F417相当的较低静态功耗(停止模式)。
性能:在180 MHz频率下,从Flash执行时,STM32F427/437能够提供225 DMIPS/608 CoreMark性能,并且利用意法半导体的ART加速器实现了FLASH零等待状态。DSP指令和浮点运算单元扩大了产品的应用范围。
功效:该系列产品采用意法半导体90 nm工艺和ART加速器,具有动态功耗调整功能,能够在运行模式下和从Flash存储器执行时实现低至260 µA/MHz的电流消耗(@ 180 MHz)。停机模式下,它的功耗为120 µA(典型值),这比STM32F405/415/407/F417低了3倍。

STM32F427和F437系列产品可提供从1MB双区闪存到2 MB双区闪存、256 kB SRAM以及在7 x 7 mm的小封装内的100到176个引脚。由于集成了这些存储器,就会减少对外部存储器的需求,实现更小、更安全的低辐射PCB设计。
