- 性能:在216 MHz的CPU频率下,从Flash执行时,STM32F7x3能够提供1082 CoreMark / 462 DMIPS的性能,并且借助意法半导体的ART加速器实现了零等待状态。FPU单元和DSP指令扩大了应用领域。L1 Cache(一级高速缓存) (8 KB I-Cache + 8 KB D-Cache)的存在使得外部存储器的采用不会影响芯片性能。
- 功效:该系列产品采用意法半导体90 nm工艺和ART加速器,具有动态功耗调整功能,能够在运行模式下和从Flash存储器执行时实现7 CoreMark / mW的功耗(1.8 V电压条件下)。在停止模式下,典型功耗为100 µA。
