STM32F767/777 系列集成工作频率高达216MHz的 Cortex-M7内核(具有双精度浮点单元),同时达到近似于STM32F427/429/437/439系列的较低静态功耗(停止模式)。
- 性能:在216 MHz的CPU频率下,从Flash执行时,STM32F767/777系列能够提供1082 CoreMark /462 DMIPS的性能,并且利用意法半导体的ART加速器实现了零等待状态。DSP指令和浮点运算单元扩大了产品的应用范围。得益于L1缓存(I/D 6 KB + 16 KB),可以使用外部存储器而没有性能损失。
- 能效:受益于意法半导体90 nm制造工艺、ART自适应实时加速器和动态功耗调节技术,在1.8 V电压情况下,运行模式下从闪存执行程序的功耗为 7 CoreMark / mW。在“停止”模式下,功耗典型值是100µA,类似于STM32F427/429/437/439系列。
- 图形:充分利用了Chrom‑ART Accelerator™的优势,支持双层图形的新型LCD-TFT 控制器接口。该图形加速器的内容创建速度是单独使用内核时的两倍。除了高效的2-D原始数据复制以外,Chrom-ART加速器还支持其他功能,比如图像格式转换或图像融合(透明度混合)。因此,Chrom-ART加速器提高了图形内容创建速度,为其余程序节省了MCU内核处理带宽。此外,STM32F767/777系列内置了一个JPEG硬件加速器,可进行快速JPEG编码和解码,从而减轻CPU的编解码负荷以用于处理其它任务。

- 音频:两个专用音频PLL、三个半双工I²S接口、一个支持时分复用(TDM)模式的新型串行音频接口(SAI)、一个DFSDM(用于sigma-delta调制器或MEMS麦克风的数字滤波器)。

STM32F777系列还集成了加密/哈希模块,为AES-128, -192和-256加密实现了硬件加速,并且支持GCM和CCM、3DES与哈希(MD5、SHA-1和SHA-2)算法。
STM32F767和STM32F777产品组合提供从1 MB到2 MB的Flash存储器、512 KB的SRAM(包括128 KB的紧密耦合数据存储器(DTCM))、16 KB的ITCM RAM、4 KB的备用RAM和100至216针的封装。
