带有DSP和FPU指令的STM32G4系列混合信号MCU

STM32G4系列集成了运行于170 MHz的32位Arm® Cortex®-M4内核(支持FPU和DSP指令),以及3种不同的硬件加速器:ART Accelerator™、CCM-SRAM程序执行加速器,以及数学运算加速器。STM32G4系列还提供:

  • 丰富的高级模拟外设(比较器、运算放大器、DAC)
  • 支持硬件过采样的ADC(16位分辨率)
  • 具有纠错码(ECC)的双存储区Flash存储器(支持现场固件升级)
  • 安全的存储区
  • 高分辨率定时器(版本 2)
  • 具有供电功能的USB Type-C接口以及物理层(PHY)
  • AES硬件加密

灵活的内部互连矩阵可实现在外设之间的自主式通信,节省了CPU资源并降低了功耗。

STM32G4系列混合信号微控制器包括:

  • STM32G4x1基本型系列:配备入门级模拟外设的通用微控制器,
  • STM32G4x3增强型系列:具有最大数量的模拟外设的通用微控制器,
  • STM32G4x4高分辨率系列具有高分辨率定时器、复杂波形生成器和事件处理器(HRTIM),适用于数字开关模式电源、照明、焊接、太阳能和无线充电等数字电源转换应用

封装选项为LQPF32/48/64/80/100/128、UFBGA64/100/121、WLCSP48/64/81、UQFN32/48,适用于Flash存储器大小为32~512 KB的器件。

温度范围: -40到85 °C, 或 -40到125 °C。
