Our On-Board Charger is basically designed as a “multi-application” platform technology.
This purpose allows us to offer a 22kW high performance SiC Power component charging with a variety of options for our customers charging communication for AC & DC charging in Europe and North America.
1) The technology platform inside is able to be customized for specific needs. Innolectric can offer the adaption, for high volume customers, of several points like:
- Housing
- Interfaces for AC/ DC/ LV connectors
- Adaption of DC output voltage level to tailor it for the customer desired application
- We deliver a full SW stack, or just a HW connection layer with a defined interface, so our customer can implement it’s own application SW.
- Also we can adapted the output power (up and down)
- We offer specific engineering based on our platform for dedicated needs.
- Bi-directional power electronics
2) The ”off-the-shelve” product, a standard OBC product which works as a “One-Device-Solution” (ODS) for the customer, is available in 2 different DC voltage levels, for 400V system (220-510V) and 800V systems (400-850V) and offers a variety of In- and Outputs for different needs:
- These options are perfect for small and medium customers in different fields of application who needs a ready to use product, because of short development cycles or because they don’t have the budget for an own development.
- Turnkey component for charging.
- Easy to integrate via just a CAN interface.
- Complete peripheral support for all necessary charging equipment via the component.
