L6985F是一款降压单片开关稳压器，能够提供高达0.5 A直流电。输出电压可调范围为0.85V至VIN。由于P沟道MOSFET高压侧功率元件，该设备具有100%的占空比操作。宽输入电压范围满足5 V、12 V和24 V电源的规格。“低功耗模式”（LCM）是专为在空闲模式下处于活动状态的应用而设计的，因此它可以在输出电压纹波受控的轻负载下最大限度地提高效率。“低噪声模式”（LNM）使开关频率恒定过载电流范围，满足低噪声应用规范。输出电压监测仪管理任何数字负载（μC，FPGA）的重置相位。The output voltage supervisor manages the reset phase for any digital load (μC, FPGA).RST开路集电极输出还可在开机阶段实现输出电压排序。同步整流，设计用于中重负载下的高效率，开关频率高，使应用规模紧凑。两个功率元件上的脉冲电流感应实现了有效的恒流保护。
