PFC 控制器

所有过渡模式PFC控制器均带有内部乘法器,大幅降低了内部总谐波失真(THD),提高了SMPS的效率,因此符合EN61000-3-2和其它节能法规的要求。

这些器件嵌入了保护特性,让SMPS变得更稳定、更小巧,并且减少了外部元件的数量。这些特性包括输出过压、掉电、反馈断连和升压电感饱和保护。

L6564H和L6563H的高压启动功能能够帮助不含辅助电源的系统提高SMPS待机效率。

Configurable high-efficiency interleaved PFC digital controller

ST has extended its portfolio of digital controllers with the STNRGPF01, a three-channel interleaved CCM PFC controller. Ideal for high power applications (above 1 kW), it delivers the flexibility and high efficiency of digital power without the technical challenges and time to develop custom DSP code. It can be easily and quickly configured using ST’s eDesignSuite online design environment. Simply enter the converter specs and run the configurator to generate the schematic, BoM, and downloadable firmware to configure the IC.
