描述
SLLIMM（小型低损耗智能功率模块）nano为紧凑型高性能交流电机提供简单而可靠的驱动。它包含6个MOSFET和3个半桥 HVIC（用于栅极驱动）,同时优化的开关速度实现较低的电磁干扰（EMI）。该封装为内置式电机以及其它组装空间受限的低功耗等应用优化了热性能和紧凑性。该IPM包括一个运算放大器（完全独立），和一个比较器（可用于设计快速有效的保护电路）。SLLIMM是意法半导体的商标。
