什么是瞬态电压抑制 (TVS) 二极管?

瞬态电压抑制器 (TVS) 是一种雪崩二极管,经过专门设计用于钳制电压和耗散高瞬态功率浪涌。意法半导体的Transil™保护元器件能够在短时间内分流高浪涌电流。

在并行保护配置中,固态单片式PN结元器件和瞬态电压抑制器与敏感半导体组合使用,以确保针对电气过应力 (EOS) 或静电放电 (ESD) 提供保护。

与金属氧化物压敏电阻器 (MOV) 相比,TVS器件具有诸多优势 - 因为没有老化效应,可以确保长期稳定性和更高的可靠性。

因为拥有更高的品质和稳健性,TVS设计优于齐纳解决方案,后者的额定直流电流较低,不适用于浪涌抑制应用。
