QML-V Rad-hard solutions for the key Analog needs
ST's wide range of rad-hard QML-V qualified analog ICs covers analog-to-digital converters (ADC) and digital-to-analog converters (DAC) for telemetry, instrumentation and imaging applications as well as operational amplifiers (op amps), high-speed differential amplifiers up to 1 GHz, shunt voltage references and comparators to ensure a complete solution for signal conditioning, referencing and data conversion.
Rad-hard by design
With an optimized factor of merit, balancing speed, power consumption and precision, our analog ICs take full advantage of our rad-capable CMOS and BiCMOS (SiGe) proprietary technologies to manufacture space-qualified solutions that are rad-hard by design. Recent products, developed with the 130 nm technology node of these technologies, consistently prove their ability to provide enhanced performance with best-in-class radiation hardness in terms of Total Ionizing Dose (all products are 100 or 300 krad(Si)), single-event effects (SEE), and with several products that are single-event latch-up (SEL) free up to 120 MeV.cm²/mg.
A complete ecosystem
ST's analog ICs come with a full ecosystem including radiation test reports, PSpice and/or IBIS models, application notes and evaluation boards; available online or upon request. All of ST's rad-hard analog devices are assembled in our Rennes (France) facility in ceramic hermetic packages and are QML-V qualified.
