600 V,150°C 6H高温三端双向可控硅

我们的600 V 6H triacs是高温triacs,具有简单的低电流栅极驱动。它们具备半导体的高开关速率和无火花特性,这是超越传统继电器设备的显著优势。门控相位角驱动功能便于调节照明亮度以及通用电机的转速。

6H和8H三端双向可控硅的最高结温为150°C,特别适用于高温环境和需要高功率密度的PCB设计。意法半导体提供两种不同的系列,600 V 6H系列和800 V 8H系列三端双向可控硅,最大电流为50 A,具有标准或逻辑级栅极灵敏度。均采用D²PAK、I²PAK和TO-220(I)封装。

600 V 6H triacs在控制高达主额定电流4倍的瞬态电流方面非常出色。它们还具有较高的抗浪涌电流能力。对于未知环境和SSR功能,这种组合必不可少。其他设备(如交流电机驱动器、高端家用电器、供热装置、咖啡机和食品加工机)也将充分利用该双重特性。后一种应用还将受益于栅极电流为10 - 50 mA的版本,它可以通过MCU端口轻松驱动,同时仍然确保符合 IEC61000-4-4标准的6 kV抗扰水平。

控制4倍于额定电流的瞬态电流也意味着在相同的工作中使用尺寸更小的硅元件,或通过增强的150°C结温减小散热器尺寸,确保体积更小、功能更稳定的电器拥有更高的热余量。
