新款16 A 800 V晶闸管采用TO-220绝缘封装,用于可控整流器桥、交流继电器和SMPS中的高压过压撬棍保护,非常适合具有500 V/µs抗噪性的紧凑型电源模块。还可用于摩托车稳压器或电机起动器,其150°C的结温特性给小散热器和高负载控制应用带来更多的灵活性。

  • 新型TN2010H系列SCR具有较窄的扩展栅极触发电流——典型值为5 mA,最大值为10 mA。——比前几代产品具有更高的抗电噪声性能,并进一步提高了最终产品的可靠性。
  • 新型TN3015H系列SCR具有1000 V / µs的高抗噪能力,为高紧凑度电源模块设计人员提供了性能和可靠性方面的优势。15 mA的栅极电流使其易于由微控制器驱动。可提供TO-220、TO-220AB Ins.和D2PAK封装外形。
