Boost battery lifetime and safety in industrial and consumer applications
By integrating a high-precision 12-bit ADC, the L9961 monitors individual cell voltages, stack voltage and cell temperature. A dedicated 16-bit high-accuracy current-sense amplifier (CSA) monitors battery stack current, enabling state-of-charge (SOC)/state-of-health (SOH) estimation via the internal Coulomb counter. Integrated MOSFETs allow balancing of individual cells, while advanced diagnostics and embedded fuse driver complete the comprehensive protection capabilities of the IC.
