Our high-performance, AEC-Q100 grade 1 linear voltage regulators offer a wide input range and operate from -40 to +125°C, and from -40 to +175°C for L99VR0 series, ensuring exceptional reliability and safety in extreme conditions. They can be used for a broad range of automotive applications such as ADAS, body control modules (BCM), electric vehicles (EV) battery-management systems and powertrain, infotainment, and instrumentation clusters.

The L99VR0 series provides a range of 8 fixed and configurable output voltages spanning from 0.8 V to 5 V, with a load-current capacity of up to 500 mA. These devices can function in post-regulation mode, connected to a pre-regulated voltage, or can be directly linked to a battery.
