The SLLIMM compact family of new generation intelligent power modules (IPMs) brings system integration, thermal performance, and ease of implementation to compact inverter applications. The modules integrate a 3-phase inverter stage based on 600V Trench IGBT and freewheeling diodes, gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, protection functions, and sensing features in a 32.8 × 18.8 mm footprint - about 32% smaller than the SLLIMM 2nd series.
