The DCP0606Y is available in QFN 2 x 3 mm with 11 leads with wettable flanks. This package features a unique mounting edge design that includes fillet termination, enabling automated optical inspection (AOI) to confirm proper pad connection. This is particularly useful as the pad is typically obscured once the device is soldered onto a board.
