GANSPIN611
For higher-current motor control designs, GaNSPIN611 offers 138 mΩ RDS(on) and 10 A IDS(MAX). It features a 650 V half-bridge GaN architecture, Smart shutdown, UVLO, and dV/dt control, while staying pin-to-pin compatible for easy scalability.
GANSPIN612
For lower-current designs, GaNSPIN612 offers 270 mΩ RDS(on) and 5.5 A IDS(MAX). It shares the same 650 V half-bridge GaN architecture, advanced protections, and 10 V/ns typical dV/dt control, with pin-to-pin compatibility.

The EVLGANSPIN1-3PH gives you a fast, practical way to prototype and validate high-efficiency three-phase motor drives with GaN technology.
It’s a complete inverter including power supply and EMI filter, and it operates with passive cooling only, without a heatsink. Compatible with STLINK V3, it is possible to use AC or DC input. It embeds the STM32G431 MCU, the VIPer06 flyback controller and the TSV911 op amp.
