Designed for 3-phase BLDC motors and application up to 500V, the PWD5T60 integrates a gate driver and six power MOSFETs. With an RDS(on) of only 1.38Ω, the power devices help achieve an outstanding appliance energy rating. This highly integrated device efficiently drives loads with a reduced footprint, making PWD5T60 the optimal solution for space-constrained applications.
