The VIPer11B is an energy-saving high-voltage converter that simplifies AC to DC converter designs by integrating a PWM controller with a high-voltage MOSFET. With extremely low total standby consumption and high efficiency over a wide load range, the device enables SMPS designs to meet the most demanding energy-saving regulations with enhanced reliability, scalability, and a reduced BOM count. The highly versatile device offers a robust design to withstand drops in the voltage mains, preventing any power discontinuity during temporary overload. This makes it suitable for low power SMPS such as lighting, home appliances, home automation, industrial and consumer applications.
