High-end features and galvanic isolation

The galvanically isolated line of ST intelligent power switches combine process and control logic stages in one 8-channel, high-side switch, with two independent voltage domains able to communicate through galvanically isolated channels. Embedding a flexible SPI or parallel control interface, this new series helps reduce BOMs and PCB space, and improve reliability in factory automation applications. 
Available in QFN 9x11 or PowerSO-36 packages with 0.7 A or 1 A per channel, plus dedicated evaluation boards tailored to each package, intuitive GUIs, and software to simplify your design.

Simplified control, reliable power

The parallel interface series offers octal high-side switches for designs requiring robust galvanic isolation with easy and direct control. The ISO808 is a scalable solution able to drive loads up to 0.7 A, while the ISO808-1 offers higher power driving up to 1 A.

Advanced control and diagnostics

The SPI interface series integrates galvanic isolation and enhanced control and diagnostics. Featuring an SPI interface, the ISO808A for up to 0.7 A loads and the ISO808A-1 for up to 1 A loads offer higher functionality and more advanced diagnostics. The ISO8200AQ allows diagnostics on each channnel.
