The STDRIVE102 series embeds flexible gate drivers combined with the power to drive six external N-channel MOSFETs. All drivers have programmable gate current for precision tuning. Embedded operational amplifiers and comparators in the integrated analog front end deliver flexible current sensing and robust overcurrent protection. The series is available in 5 mm x 5 mm or 6 mm x 6 mm QFN packages.

Designed for versatility and efficiency, this advanced product lineup powers applications up to 50 V. It is ideal for battery-powered tools, vacuum cleaners, E-bikes, robotics, and small appliances where every milliampere counts. The embedded analog front end is used for current sensing and protection support. The STDRIVE102BP integrates three programmable gain amplifiers and three comparators, while the STDRIVE102P integrates one programmable gain amplifier and one comparator. The programmable gain amplifiers can amplify shunt-voltage signals from each motor phase for accurate current monitoring, and the comparators help detect overcurrent events quickly and reliably. Configuration and diagnostics are available through the SPI interface.
