STM32V8 combines advanced 18 nm FD-SOI and ST’s phase-change memory (PCM) technology with a powerful 800 MHz Arm Cortex®-M85 core, delivering up to 6x faster machine learning and DSP processing than previous product generations. 

 

Design rich applications with large embedded memory and excellent power efficiency, while targeting RED and CRA compliance to enable secure real-time processing and edge AI capabilities.
