The STSID140-12 is a high-performance, insulated gate driver designed for SCRs and triacs in demanding industrial environments. By integrating a galvanic-insulated inductive barrier, it serves as a direct bridge between low-voltage MCUs and high-voltage power stages. The STSID140-12 is versatile enough to be integrated into a wide range of systems where electrical isolation and reliable switching are critical, including small appliances, solid state relays (SSR), power supplies, and healthcare.
