The IPS4140HQ is a quad high-side switch designed to drive industrial loads up to 0.7 A per channel. This ultra-rugged and compact device is engineered for high reliability and is ideal for space-sensitive applications such as slim digital output (DO) modules in programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
The P-NUCLEO-IOD5A1 is a comprehensive STM32 development kit featuring the L6364Q IO-Link transceiver, the IPS4140HQ power switch, and an STM32G071RB MCU to allow fast prototyping of intelligent actuation and sensing applications.
