The STSPIN32G0 series is the latest highly integrated solution for driving three-phase motors. The STSPIN32G0 series integrates a gate driver (250 V or 600 V) and STM32G0 microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core with the computing power to handle major control algorithms like six-step and field-oriented control (FOC). These compact systems in package offer significant BOM area reduction with no compromise to performance and robustness.
