ST’s RF transceiver ICs enable designers to create their own RF reader-writer system for communicating with Dual Interface EEPROM devices. These transceiver ICs are based on the 13.56 MHz RFID frequency and are designed for a wide range of applications such as healthcare, home appliances, consumer electronics and industrial identification. They communicate with the main processor through standard serial interfaces and support ISO 14443A/B, ISO 15693 and NFC protocols.
