ST offers ultrafast diodes from 200 V to 1200 V with various V_F/t_RR trade-offs to achieve the best performance for any application.

In PFC and solar inverters, ST has recently introduced the BC²™ solution in addition to Tandem and Turbo2 devices. It guarantees the same efficiency as SiC diodes in a conventional PFC, for a much cheaper application cost.

All ST products are rated up to 175 °C operating junction temperature, as a result of the reduced leakage currents.
