- L6599A/AT/AF: the industry standard for high-voltage resonant half-bridge control. Features a high-accuracy oscillator (up to 500 kHz) and burst-mode for superior light-load efficiency.
Note: L6599AF is guaranteed for extreme temperatures down to -50°C.
- STNRG599: specialized analog controller introducing phase shift control (PSC). It offers enhanced stability and efficiency for high-end consumer SMPS by modulating the phase between half-bridge transitions.
- L6699: enhanced version featuring adaptive deadtime and a "safe-start" procedure to prevent hard-switching during startup.
- L6598: versatile 600 V driver with integrated timing for softstart, ideal for cost-effective AC-DC adapters.
- STNRG011/011A/012: high-integration digital controllers combining multi-mode PFC and a time-shift LLC resonant engine. All models feature integrated 800 V startup, X-cap discharge, and ultra-low standby power.
