Product types

Analog resonant controllers
  • L6599A/AT/AF: the industry standard for high-voltage resonant half-bridge control. Features a high-accuracy oscillator (up to 500 kHz) and burst-mode for superior light-load efficiency.

Note: L6599AF is guaranteed for extreme temperatures down to -50°C.

  • STNRG599: specialized analog controller introducing phase shift control (PSC). It offers enhanced stability and efficiency for high-end consumer SMPS by modulating the phase between half-bridge transitions.
  • L6699: enhanced version featuring adaptive deadtime and a "safe-start" procedure to prevent hard-switching during startup.
  • L6598: versatile 600 V driver with integrated timing for softstart, ideal for cost-effective AC-DC adapters.
Digital combo controllers (PFC + Resonant)
  • STNRG011/011A/012: high-integration digital controllers combining multi-mode PFC and a time-shift LLC resonant engine. All models feature integrated 800 V startup, X-cap discharge, and ultra-low standby power.
    • STNRG011A: specifically enhanced with a fast overload protection (OLP) for high-reliability industrial and consumer demands.
    • STNRG012: optimized for dual AC and DC input management, perfect for professional lighting.
Advanced digital & specialty solutions
  • STNRG328S/388A: powered by SMED (State Machine Event Driven) technology for hardware-speed reaction times (10ns).
    • STNRG328S is dedicated to switched tank (STC) topologies in data center applications.
  • The fully integrated SoC family for high-power density chargers. All versions embed an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, an active-clamp flyback controller, synchronous rectification, and integrated galvanic isolation for secondary-side digital control.
    • ST-ONE: ipioneer SoC, designed for high-efficiency USB-PD adapters up to 100 W.
    • ST-ONEHP: high-power evolution supporting USB-PD EPR (Extended Power Range) up to 140 W (28 V/5 A), ideal for high-end laptop adapters.
    • ST-ONEMP: specialized version for dual-port chargers, supporting one USB Type-C™ port and one USB Type-A port in a single integrated solution.
