I have donloaded the boundary scan BSDL file for my cortexM3 (stm32p103RB), does anyone know how to set the J-Tag interface in boundary scan mode, insted of programing / emulation?

Hi, to access JTAG boundary scan you don't have to switch anything. There is separate TAP dedicated for it. Take a look in Ref manual at "Debug support (DBG)". The problem is that you need to buy a special tool that does the scan or you can make it yourself. As I know the most of debuggers don't do boundary scan.
