Like ST’s ST32, the ST32-M benefits from the computing power of an ARM Cortex™-M3 32-bit core and the flexibility of 90 nm embedded Flash technology.
This allows developers to re-use existing ST32 software and design tools for a faster time-to-market. These M2M devices feature a wider temperature range and withstand greater humidity and vibration levels while guaranteeing an extended lifetime.
The ST32-M family is available in four variants having Flash densities of 256-Kbytes, 320-Kbytes, 416-Kbytes or 512-Kbytes.
