LD39020: miniaturized low Iq, high performance LDO
The LD39020 is a miniaturized low-consumption LDO able to provide up to 200 mA current from an input voltage ranging from 1.5 to 5.5 V.
Housed in the new tiny DFN4 package with a footprint of only 1x1mm2, LD39020 features an initial accuracy up to 0.5%, a very high power supply rejection of 80dB at 1kHz and a low quiescent current of 20 µA .
LD39020 is the ideal power supply linear regulators for the space-constrained hand-held applications, such as the last generation smartphones, tablets and portable entertainment devices.
It is available in many different options covering a range of output voltages from 0.8 V to 5 V in 50 mV steps.
