Programmable System Memory devices provide total system memory solutions for virtually any MCU or DSP based embedded design by integrating various configurations and densities of Flash memory, SRAM, programmable logic, I/O and additional IPs onto a single chip.
These devices are in production to support legacy designs but not recommended for new designs.
