Sustainability Reports

In last year’s Report we had described how we planned to embed our Sustainability priorities within our business and our deployment plan. This year, we are able to report ST’s performance against these new objectives providing concrete examples to illustrate the progress we have made and the challenges we may be facing in our daily activity and while conducting our business.
In order to keep on improving its reporting, ST undertook its first external stakeholder survey in 2012 and used the gathered feedback to improve the content and structure of this Report.
This report is prepared and presented in accordance with the 2006 Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3 Guidelines. We have self-declared an A+ application level which has been confirmed by GRI. And we have moved on from the conclusions of the evaluation of our sustainability practices in the scope of ISO 26000.
As ST is a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact, this report shows ST's progress on the Global Compact 10 Principles.
