µPSD is a family of 8-bit microcontrollers built on an 8032 microcontroller core. µPSD features a flexible memory structure, programmable logic, and rich peripheral set that includes devices with USB and JTAG debug/emulation. These along with analog and supervisor functions, makes µPSD an ideal solution for a wide variety of embedded control applications.
µPSD3200
Our standard 12-cycle 8032 core with up to 288 Kbyte of dual-bank
Flash memory, up to 32 Kbyte SRAM, programmable logic, and a peripheral
set that includes USB, an 8-bit ADC, PWM and more
Turbo µPSD3300
Improved performance with a 4-cycle 8032 core capable of performance up to 10 MIPs. No USB here, but an SPI channel and IrDA support have been added. In addition, the µPSD3300 features support for in-circuit serial debug via JTAG.
µPSD3400 Turbo Plus
Slightly better performance than the µPSD3300 series due to the presence of a 16-bit internal instruction path that can fetch two-byte instructions in a single memory cycle. In addition, the µPSD3400 Turbo Plus series incorporates support for full-speed USB 2.0 (12Mbps).
