Combining a wide supply range (1.7 to 5.5 V) with ultra‑low power consumption (90 μA typ.) and a fast 60 ns propagation delay, the TS3121P delivers accurate, high-speed threshold detection without compromising efficiency.
Its embedded Power‑on Reset (PoR) guarantees a known, glitch‑free output during supply ramp-up, enabling repetitive on/off measurement cycles and helping reduce overall system power in energy‑saving designs.
With rail‑to‑rail inputs, open-drain output, high ESD robustness (4 kV HBM) and an extended temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C, the TS3121P is perfectly suited for controllers, sensors, power tools, and overcurrent protection circuits.
