ST25RU UHF Rain®(UHF)RFIDリーダライタICは、ISO18000-62/-63、ISO29143、およびGS1のEPC UHF Gen2 Air Interface Protocolに準拠した840MHz~960MHz UHF帯域向けに、マルチプロトコル・サポートを提供します。オンチップVCO(電圧制御発振器)とパワー・アンプを搭載し、DRM(Dense Reader Mode)など包括的なRFIDの機能を提供します。周波数ホッピング、低レベル伝送コーディング、低レベル・デコード、データ・フレーミング、CRCチェックに対応しています。


また、7mm x 7mmのQFNパッケージで提供され、きわめて高い感度を実現するとともにアンテナの反射や自己妨害の影響に対して優れた耐性を持ちます。そのため、コストやサイズ面でアンテナ設計に制約があるモバイル機器や組込みアプリケーションに最適な製品です。感度が高いため、よりシンプルで低コストのアンテナを使用した場合でも、最終製品で要求される読取り距離を実現し、システム全体のコスト削減に貢献します。
