Automatic voltage switches (AVS)

Automatic voltage switches consist of a dedicated driver and a triac for 120/240 V bivoltage applications. The driver features 50/60 Hz compatibility, a triggering pulse train for the triac, a parasitic filter, and low power consumption. The triac has a maximum voltage specified at 600 V and a maximum current up to 12 A.

AVS devices are available in DIP 8 packages for the driver and TO-220 and TO-220I packages for the triacs.
