Power PCアーキテクチャ・ベースのSPC5マイコンは、最大200MHzで動作するコアを3つまで搭載しており、 165°C(Tᴊ)の動作温度に対応します。
車載向けAEC-Q100規格に準拠するSPC5マイコンは、以下の特徴を持ちます。
- 長期供給保証: 15年間の供給保証、SPC56ファミリでは20年間に延長
- 安全性: ASIL-Dまでの電子機能安全規格に準拠
- セキュリティ: ハードウェア・アクセラレータ(HSM)、Evita、およびSHEに準拠したセキュアなキー・ストレージ
