The STM32C55x/562 product lines feature the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core operating at 144 MHz, designed for developing budget-conscious applications. These microcontrollers offer up to 512 Kbytes of flash storage and 128 Kbytes of RAM, with support for a single FDCAN interface.
They include hardware-based security functions such as HASH and AES encryption, and are available in various package options ranging from 32 to 100 pins. Rapid prototyping is facilitated by the NUCLEO-C562RE development board and the STM32Cube software ecosystem.
