STM32G4シリーズは、170MHzで動作する32bit Arm® Cortex®-M4コア(FPUおよびDSP命令対応)に3つの異なるハードウェア・アクセラレータ(ART Accelerator™、CCM-SRAMルーチン・ブースタ、および数値演算アクセラレータ)を組み合わせています。STM32G4シリーズは、以下の機能を搭載しています。

  • STM32G4x4高分解能タイマ・ライン:高分解能タイマ(HRTIM)による複雑な波形生成機能に加え、デジタル・スイッチング電源、照明、溶接、太陽光システムやワイヤレス給電などに適したデジタル電力変換用のイベント・ハンドラを搭載

LQPF32 / 48 / 64 / 80 / 100 / 128、UFBGA64 / 100 / 121、WLCSP48 / 64 / 81、UQFN32 / 48のパッケージ・オプションが、32KB~512KBのFlashメモリを持つデバイス向けに提供されています。

動作温度範囲は、-40℃~+85℃または-40℃~+125℃です。
