The STM32U3B5/3C5 line is built on an Arm® Cortex®-M33 core and includes expanded memory: 640 Kbytes of RAM and up to 2 Mbytes of flash dual bank. It also embeds FDCAN and I3C IP and comes in nine packages from 48 to 144 pins, in UFQFPN, WLCSP, LQFP, and UFBGA.
This product line integrates ST’s innovative hardware signal processing (HSP) technology which accelerates digital signal processing (DSP) and AI tasks while drastically improving power efficiency. Combining a near-threshold ultra-low-power design with a powerful Cortex-M33 core, these products deliver edge AI performance typically only available on larger, high-power chips. The HSP is fully supported by the STM32 AI SW ecosystem.
