概要
ST25R3920Bは、NFCイニシエータ、NFCターゲット、NFCリーダライタ、およびNFCカード･エミュレーション･モードをサポートする車載用高性能NFCユニバーサル･デバイスです。
ST25R3920Bは、CCC（Car Connectivity Consortium）デジタル･キー･アプリケーション向けに設計されており、ドア･ハンドルやセンター･コンソールといった領域のカー･アクセス / スタート･アプリケーション向け製品をすばやく開発したり、ペアリングやQiチャージャからNFCカードを保護するといった追加機能を実現できます。非常に堅牢で高いノイズ耐性と同時に電磁放射を低減するため、厳しい条件下でも動作し、認証を容易に取得可能です。
本デバイスには高度なアナログ･フロントエンド（AFE）と、ISO18092パッシブ / アクティブ･イニシエータ、ISO18092パッシブ / アクティブ･ターゲット、そして高ビットレート対応を含むNFC-A / B（ISO14443 A / B）リーダ、NFC-F（FeliCa™）リーダ、最大53kbpsのNFC-V（ISO15693）リーダ、およびNFC-A / NFC-Fカード･エミュレーション向けの高集積データ･フレーミング･システムが搭載されています。
アナログ･フロントエンドおよびフレーミング･システムの特殊ストリーム･モードおよびトランスペアレント･モードの使用により、リーダ･モードやカード･エミュレーション･モードにおける他のカスタム･プロトコルの実行を可能にします。
ST25R3920Bは、ダイナミック出力調整を備えた高RFパワーを特徴としており、高効率でアンテナを直接駆動するため、ドア･ハンドルで一般的に使用されている小型のアンテナでも広い通信距離を取ることが可能です。本デバイスにはさらに特徴があり、低電力アプリケーション用の比類なき製品となっています。消費電力を最小限に抑えながらアンテナ信号の振幅や位相を測定するため、電力を抑えたカード検出が可能です。
ST25R3920Bは、広い電源範囲（-40℃～+105℃で2.6V～5.5V、-20℃～+105℃で2.4V～5.5V）および広いペリフェラルI/O電圧範囲（1.65V～5.5V）で動作するよう設計されています。
これらの高RF出力、低電力モード、広い電源範囲、およびAEC-Q100グレード2認定を併せもつ本デバイスは、車載用アプリケーションに最適です。
