概要

本デバイスは、高度な独自トレンチ･ゲート･フィールドストップ構造を用いて開発されたIGBTです。本デバイスは、IGBT Hシリーズの製品で、導電損失とスイッチング損失間の適切なトレードオフによって高いスイッチング周波数のコンバータの効率を最大限に高めます。また、VCE(sat)温度係数がわずかに正で、パラメータのばらつきがきわめて少ないため、並列動作の安全性向上に貢献します。
