Bidirectional single line TVS diode designed to protect the data lines or other I/O ports against ESD transients.
The ESDZV053-1BF5 is a very small 16 kV ESD protection with high efficiency, ideal for applications where both reduced line capacitance, board space saving and high ESD protection levels are required.
