概要
The STEVAL-ST4SIMV1 expansion board adds cellular connectivity to evaluation boards hosting the STMod+ expansion connector.
It embeds a cellular modem compatible with LTE Cat M1 & Cat NB1 & EGPRS netowrks and with an initial connectivity provided by a trusted telecom operator partner..
The ST4SIM-300M is ST's eSIM compliant with the GSMA SGP.32 specification. The new standard enables the remote switching of telecom operators.
The expansion board can be used only with the furnished antenna and is compatible with all STMicroelectronics Discovery kits featuring an STMod+ connector, such as the B-U585I-IOT02A.
It is also compatible with any STMod+ compatible evaluation board.
The package, combined with any compatible evaluation board, represents an ideal development platform for cellular and cloud technology-based solutions.

- Pulse SMA antenna for the following frequency ranges: 824/900/1800/1900/2100 MHz
- Modem firmware can be easily upgraded through the dedicated micro-B USB connector
