こうした市場ニーズに対応するため、STはSLLIMM(小型低損失インテリジェント・モールド・モジュール)ファミリを開発しました。この製品ファミリを構成するデュアルインライン・インテリジェント・パワー・モジュール(IPM)は小型かつ高効率であり、オプション機能を備えています。SLLIMM IPMはSTPOWERファミリの製品です。SLLIMM IPMは高度に集積されているため、回路の簡素化、部品数の削減、軽量化、および高い信頼性を実現します。SLLIMMシリーズでは、さまざまなパッケージ(完全モールド・タイプとDBC)およびリード(スルーホールとSMD)・オプションを提供しています。インバータ構成において6つのパワー・スイッチ(IGBT、MOSFET、SJ-MOSFET)とドライバを組み合わせることで、導通損失とスイッチング損失のトレードオフを最適化し、優れた堅牢性とEMI特性を実現します。これらの機能により、ハードスイッチング回路で動作する最高20kHzの3相インバータおよびあらゆるモータの効率改善に適しています。また、最新のSLLIMM HP(High Power)シリーズの導入により、出力範囲が10W~5kWのアプリケーションにも最適です。
