ボディ制御モジュール(BCM)は様々なトラクタのボディ、セキュリティ、および各種機能の監視と制御を行います。

トラクタの複雑化に伴い、それぞれが次のような特定のサブシステム専用となった、複数のBCMが一台に搭載されている場合もあります。

  • 診断モニタ(過負荷 / 過熱保護、電球故障検出など)関連を含む照明制御
  • ミラー、ワイパー、窓、シート位置および空調制御向けのモータ制御ドライブ
  • エンジン・イモビライザやNFCキーレス・エントリ・システム向けのセキュリティ制御

システムの小型軽量化に向け、ますます診断機能内蔵の集積型パワー・デバイスがリレーに替わって採用されています。

STは、車載用32bitマイクロコントローラSPC5、ダイオード、保護IC、MEMSセンサ、シリアルEEPROM、セキュア・エレメント、およびeSIMソリューションなどを幅広く提供することで、トラクタ設計のサポートをしています。
